My GG Grand parents (Center) and family on Staten Island (NYC) sometime in the 1800's. This area has a hospital on it now. It was described to me by my Grandmother as a Hunting/Fishing camp that people traveled to by steamboat/train then horse and carriage from places like Manhattan and New Jersey.
