Civil War era Virginia belt plate valuation?

I haven't sold any finds yet in over 10 years of detecting but, as I'm looking for work right now and the bills are piling.... Any ideas on the valuation of this belt plate? It seems to be the JS Smith design and I've been told in this thread, http://www.treasurenet.com/forums/today-s-finds/485472-virginia-belt-plate.html, that it's Plate 390 in Mullinax. Also, what would be the best way to sell fairly quickly? eBay? Any help much appreciated.
