WTG papabear ......hard coin to find!

fantastic hunk of silver. congrats! still hoping to find one some day

Good Find ! A rather tough find as well - many veteran detectorists have never found one ! I found a 1923 Peace dollar 5 years ago .
Argentium.

Found today in a corn field next to an old home site in Box Elder County. 1878-s.

I've found lots and lots of coins but there is none that makes me just stop, sit and admire like the way an old silver dollar will.

Love it!

WTG!

HH!

We could only imagine how pissed the person was back than who dropped that! Like dropping a $100 today!

Congrats on the BIG Silver.
A dollar coin is not even on my list.
As mentioned tough to find as few (very few) were lost, big and shinny when lost, and worth a weeks pay the looser would have spent considerable time looking for it.
