I detected a play lot at a suburban school three miles from home today where I typically find anywhere from $2 to $10 in clad. I hit it once a year. Today I found $1.72 in clad and this necklace pendant. It was close to a swingset post in rubber tire chips. Usually the swingset posts give a loud signal, then stop. It is either gold or silver, heavy enough for either, not costume junk for sure.. Just less than 1 inch tall. 12 small stones which appear to be amethyst in color (light pink) but cannot see in this photo. On back is a mark above the stone in center, but with both of my magnifying glasses I cannot read. The mark on the clasp is just a defect I think. Sides surrounding stones are gold in color and posts holding stones are white/silvery. It goes in my “keeper” jar.
