Went back to the musket ball fields today and the roman site, but like i had seen on friday, not much is left there. Again lots of pottery but no roman metal finds.
When walking my rows up and down someone was watching me and i finally see him. It was cold and rainy so i took him home.
On the western part of the field i hit a possibly aircraft crash site with lots of molten aluminum, time to leave... A place where a plane crashed during WWII cannot be hunted. Way too much aluminum in the ground. Here are the pics from today. Pottery, roman, one shard with the christian symbol, i guess 1600s and "the Face"...
usual brass, lead, and very few finds. Again a not identified coin with 5 coat of arms, medieval strap end, thimble....
