Re: Gold Bracelet

ok...rings found in beer 6pks at stores, bracelets found in soil bags, and here I am busting my butt digging for the stuff. I should just grab me a six pack and a bag of dirt, here we all sit around and wonder where the good stuff is.

Re: Gold Bracelet

Talk about lucky! That was worth the price of the top soil.

Re: Gold Bracelet

It is a European Jewelers mark....750 = 18K....If I am not mistaking, which I don't think I am, but have been known to do every once and a while, or maybe I am mistaking about that also? LOL ;D ;D ;D ;D

750 = .750% Pure Gold....Woohoo!!!!

Re: Gold Bracelet

I am off to LOWES.

I do read it as 224 with a lup.

It could V1 and not VI. If it is a 1 (one) it would be for Valencia which would make it Spanish. The 224 could be the makers mark and of course the 750 is for 18K.

You win the cupie doll. The 750 is 18k and it is v1 which is a spanish quality mark224 is the lot-type. Rings are Z59 or 259 it is hard to tell. Add it all up and you get a braclett made in Valencia Spain no. 1 quality 18k.

thats what I want to know, what was the brand of top soil? lol sweet find makes being in the heat sweating you bums off for some change a whole new thought. Just take my detector to Home Depot and Walmart and swing the garden department

This is NOT French, but Italian made 18K.
XLT SNIPER, could you please elaborate a bit more on this sketchy story of your aunt "finding this in a bag of topsoil"???

That's French & 18K. Very Nice

??? Was the soil on SALE? What a find........... Think I might sell all my detectors and hang out at walMart and Lowe's for a few days. That's better than what the Easter Bunny left me in his plastic egg. hehe
