Not so much the back, which I now have under control after 2/3 years of sports massage, but the intercostal & pectoralis major that gives me jip.

That doesn't answer the question of pain relief other than I have a high pain threshold.
 

Must been a very nice horse pendant. You didn't post many gilded ones!

Lots of them are guilt but few have any signs. Although most of mine have been enamelled.
