Early Marine Corps Button

I can't find an exact match for this,
from what I see, Marines have anchor shank pointing right
Navy has anchor shank pointing left or vertical.
And all that I've viewed have fouled anchors.
16 stars on front, 8 on rear, with no text. 14 mm, 1 piece.

Hard to tell Herbie,
I'm going through Alberts right now.
The closest I see so far is MC 5b in Alberts.

Which is indeed an early Marine corps button with 16 6 pointed stars.
