Hello! Terry Soloman here, well known Tesoro fan and Overlord of the secret Tesoro society, "In Faciem Tuam." As the new year approaches, many of us are wondering what it holds for us. Like you, I eagerly await the release of my "dream" machine from my favorite American manufacturer, Tesoro. Will it have multiple tones? Programmable discrimination? Will it be rain/water- proof? Will it have a computer screen?

If you could design Tesoro's next metal detector, what would it include, and how much would it cost?

i said in the other thread. waterproof to 10-15 feet, can use headphones or not, small like a vaquero. maybe just an ID number readout like the nokta fors core has, so you wont need to mess about with the disc knob as much. manual GB in both modes. can use effectively on a wet salt water beach and priced around the same as the at-pro. garrett is killing it with them things. i say half the people in the club im in use them. dont need GPS, push buttons, multi tones, depth readout, cup holder, etc. if the do come out with it in 2016, probably be in nov. or dec. so most of the northern half of the country wont be able to use the thing for 5-6 months. thats ok though. we can read how the southerners like it to see if is was worth the wait. it has to be awesome. i think tesoros future is in the balance. if it turns out to be a flop, kinda like the outlaw was. they will go under. some love the outlaw. but i dont think it was as big a seller as they were expecting.

I'm happy with my Vaquero so it really doesn't matter to me what they come out with. But.........a Vaquero waterproof to 10 ft. would be nice.

I will answer all these questions, and more....

Send a check for $19.95 to my PO Box. Tea leaves $7.95 additional.

BUT WAIT!

For a limited time, I will explain how your existing Tesoros will continue to find you the goodies at no additional charge.

(Just pay additional S&H).

Look for a TID machine.
Nobody will buy a 2016 Edsel.

Will it materialize? Does Tesoro have anyone working in the engineering department? If they don't have anything to release soon, maybe they should consider buying the manufacturing rights for some of the Eastern European companies like DeepTech, Detech, or Mikron, Check this one out for an example

Europe has a much older history to dig into, the machines are made to go deeper and have good discrimination.
You can't understand what he says, but watch what the machine can do.

I would like to see them take a Vaquero and give it a low tone for low conductors and a high tone for high conductors. Give it a pinpoint trigger and make the frequency shift 8 12 and 15khz. Remove the pinpoint button and replace it with all metal switch and take it off the disc dial.

Oh s... here we go again.

In order to show you I'm not just a snake-oil salesman, I've decided to put on a little exhibition.

OK, you younger folks won't remember me, but I am The Great Carnac. I'm holding in my hand, a hermetically-sealed envelope, which I will attempt to describe the content of by simply placing it to my forehead.

(Where's Ed when you need him)

Silence please..........

(Placing envelope to forehead)

I'm getting a sign, I keep seeing a vision of the word "Cazador"......."Cazdor".

(Opening the envelope................)

Name a Poet called Juan, a Village in Argentinas History................

And a TN Tesoro Board mystery.

Yes they will, but they are going to scrap that crapy name "Cazador " and change it to " The San Jose ".
Billions..... I tell you Billions.....

Oh s... here we go again.
It seem that you have to urine many times everyday. See a doctor for pills and you feel better, that is what I did and I feel better and do not have to go that often. That happens when men, like you get older.

I think they should change the name to the Tesoro Someday.

They should call it the 2020. In honor of the year it will come out.
Maybe we should submit our name changes to Tesoro for their evaluation.
How about the BLTN, Better Late Than Never.
Or the Vapor. In the computer industry, vaporware (also spelt vapourware) is a product, typically computer hardware or software, that is announced to the general public but is never actually manufactured nor officially cancelled.

What is your complaint about # 9? While I enjoy digging for buried treasures in Connecticut, as stated in # 9, I do not want to dig more then two feet. Oh s.... here we go again.
