When did this site change? I am completely lost. Can't find anything now....

Was done yesterday. Still loading attachments it seems. They have gone to a different board type. It takes a bit of time to learn. but should be easer to manage than the old sytem.

Strange when I look at this post the nominate for banner is in the post.
Editing it does not show.

There is not a "Last 200 Posts" header any longer. But if you look across the top of every page, there is a "New Posts" button that will list the posts that have appeared since your last visit.

WERA is correct. That link will show you ALL of the last posts an not just 200 of them
