Looks like a quartz pebble to me.

Nah it is different from pebbles because i tried to put above the big flashlight and the lights pass through the stone.im sorry im not really good in english.

That's a nice piece of citrine quartz. Might polish into a nice semi-precious gem. Nice find! If you can find somebody to facet it, you might be surprised when it's finished.
