Hey Mike!! Wanted to ask you a question - I am interested in purchasing a water detector (fresh water) with land hunting ability as well. I wondered what you might recommend. I have looked into Fisher CZ21 and Minelab Excalibur II. Not wanting to go broke but don't want to purchase a cheap unit either. Wondered if you have heard any good or bad feedback about these 2 or any others? For example, I have read that the Fisher CZ21 is set in a "salt water" mode only and some people think this has a negative affect in certain fresh water or land conditions.

Hey Mike, quick note on Reed St. off of Portage, they are getting ready to tear out sidewalks both east and west of Portage Rd. Reed St. Park is located on that corner. They were supposed to start yesterday but they were doing mostly utility work. I will probably stop by there during my lunch hour and swing some. Just thought you might like to know as it is an older part of town.

He is using the Explorer SE, but new to land hunting. He is a die hard water hunter and learning. Absolutely the Explorer is as awesome as they say! Where is the new job?

After 2.5 years of being laid-off I was able to get a job in Feb at Megee Printing in downtown Kzoo. I am the Account Mgr. Pay could be better but get a % of sales at end of year as bonus. Boss man is most definately better to work with than North American Color. Pretty easy going bunch of people and we primarily do local type work, brochures, flyers, envelopes, letterhead, NRCs, etc. I know that you were once in the industry but I think a lot of us fell through the cracks in the crash of 09.
Couldn't make the last meeting, was somewhat disappointed because I wanted to hear more about the seeded hunt. Will there be an update on the SWMSS website? Thaanks for keeping in contact! Mark C
