This is a link to Hope Library. A Castle in Nova Scotia by Joan Hope
Hi rowanns, The Viking Sword is with the Hope Library. I have not seen it. Lisa Stone is in charge of everything that Joan had. I plan to give then some of what we found at the site this summer .We are planing to return in June to do some more work at the site in New Ross. I hope I get the answers I need.

I should mention that I have followed the work done at New Ross. I'm familiar with the storyline. As a native Nova Scotian, I have been familiar with it for quite some time!
There was reference made to the discovery of a "Viking sword" and since that is an area of intense interest to me, I'm wondering if you have seen the artefact and can confirm its existence. Or possibly you could point me in the right direction as to where I can continue searching for it?
I realize you are busy, I understand the obstacles you are up against, both from the sceptics and the government here, but if you can, any information and/or guidance would be most appreciated.
Hello Finder... Indeed, Dave is an interesting one, certainly stuck in his ways. He does seem to want to learn more but his apparent "logic" defeats him every time. Some say they have open minds but sometimes I don't see it.
Starting a private group to keep out the riff-raff would be nice but I see your point. Everybody finds ways to worm themselves into the group. Once compromised, it's not worth it.
One suggestion, don't tell anybody about major finds. The govt likes to stay in business by taking what the common people find.
Good to know that the Oak Island gang is here, of course under assumed names. At least they can get public thought on how they are perceived. If you do speak to them, let them know that there are many mal-contents in the world and they shouldn't take anything to heart on the bad things posters say.
