Edit- 2 days ago not yesterday.
The house next door to my dad was recently sold. It was a fixer upper because the lady that used to live there was like 88 years old, her husband died last year and she moved in with her daughter a while back. Anyway, the new owners cleared a bunch of junk out of it the other day and set it to the curb. I happened to be there when they were doing it. I intercepted a few pieces before they made it to the dumpster. I already sold the book for $49.99 in less than 24 hours.
