So it turns out that all of these dimes are 1955-S, this dime is the 4th lowest mintage (18,510,000) of all the silver Roosevelt's behind the 1955-p, 1955-D, and the 1949-s. I believe they were in rolls for a long time, mixed in I found several that had tarnish on only one side of the coin (I removed those). These coins are uncirculated - check out the photos they look brand new!



The last similar roll sold for $145.50 on ebay (incl shipping - see: 1955s Roosevelt Dime Roll Great Luster Roll 90 Silver and Uncirculated | eBay)

So I have these listed on Ebay, but for TNET members I'm asking $225 for 100 or $1300 for all 600. I will pay for shipping too!
