A simple "quick reference sheet" for state quarters - error, mintage, value

I made this reference list to start to catalogue errors and any slight rarities or coins of interest in the new state quarters collection. If you are CRH or bag hunting the new state quarters this list may help (although at this point rolls without significant errors that are mint sealed are worth more sealed it seems...). Approx. values are for state quarters in MS60+. Please reply to the thread so I can add any coins or errors that I missed.

You can also add the 2007-P Wyoming DDR, 2005-P California DDR, 2005-P Minnesota DDO, 1999-P+D Deleware Counter Clash, and 2009 District of Columbia DDR. Nice reference sheet :thumbsup:
 

I just heard of this post! But it will not let me download the spreadsheet...
 

Has anyone seen this before? I got it out of a roll from the bank.
