Thanks for posting the pics!

They look good in that orange and black color. The straight shafts are nice. The one with the knobs reminds me of an Etch-A-Sketch!

How much does the underwater detector weigh?

Is it dual freq for the salt water? It may be cheaper than an Xcal...... a lot of machines are.... but a good majority of us still swing an Xcal. Keep us informed.

Always difficult to tell. For some reason, I have some detector samples 3 to 12 month before beeing available on the market.

With Deteknix it is around 4 to 6 month delay...but it is just to give you an example. I will update the realease date as soon as I know it.

Looking forward to getting mine... told it would be soon, but no rush... patience is a virtue.

You will probably have an Xpointer Diver edition with your detector!

Anyone know the depth rating of the Quest Diver model?
Thanks.

yep, 30m (a bit less then 100ft).

Deteknix has worked to solve a few, minor issues on the Diver version and I will have the pleasure to test them soon.
