I'm with @pepperj & his finger salute. I'm going to take pepperj's advice. 😉😉Seriously? Hard to believe. That would be tempting to take that to court and have it overturned.

Not enough water flow.Awesome gold for no more time than you were digging. Wow!
I'm just wondering why your using a highbanker and not a sluice. Looks like there's plenty of water?
If you pan on your OWN property and find any gold, New York State says it is theirs? Do they pay your property taxes for you? Could it be NY is worst then Calif.? Wow...I wish I could pan in my back yard. I've found gold flakes (not fools gold) in my brook, unfortunately in 1776 NYS made it a law if you find "gold" or"silver" on your property, you have to turn it in to the state. One would think if you own the land, it's yours? Nope, not in NYS! I was born & raised in California & love going home to mine with my brothers every year. Congratulations to you!!
Yes I certainly do pay my taxes & yes again, NY is far worse than Cali! 😆If you pan on your OWN property and find any gold, New York State says it is theirs? Do they pay your property taxes for you? Could it be NY is worst then Calif.? Wow...
