I don't know how to post the story itself, but there was a story in Smithsonian magazine yesterday about a Revolutionary War musket found at a barn sale in Pennsylvania.
It was stolen from a Historical Soc. 50 years ago. Google it, I'm sure you'll be interested. Very cool.
