Welcome to TreasureNet, they are as others pointed out not clovis, they are worth a little money, but I wouldn't say "worth a pretty penny" at all.

Welcome hope you find the info your looking for. Those are nice

Welcome to Tnet.

If someone has told you these are Clovis artefacts from America, I'm afraid you have been misled. If you had thought a bit more about what is written on them, the penny would have dropped. The location of their find is given and the dates do not correspond to the Clovis period in America.

The first appears to be a knife and the second a scraper, but both of them are from Africa (Mali is a country in N.W. Africa and the tools are from the N.E. part of that country). They're fairly typical forms for the Late Palaeolithic and into the Mesolithic (Epi-Palaeolithic), for which Mali and the surrounding countries on the edge of the Sahara are rich in archaeological sites.

I collect such tools and wouldn't expect those to sell for more than about $50 each. Sorry.
