Hi.
After my late foster father passed away, my foster mother passed down the metal detector that he had to me.
I glanced through an online manual to find out how to access the battery compartment but I am unable to locate it.
I see the two latches that are used to open it but I don't know where the compartment is.
Does anyone know how to access the battery compartment?

In picture 1 slide the lever down and pull out. It has 2 battery compartments with single 9 volt battery in each one.
