Found a 1955 D wheatie in my change from Walmart, no photo though, don't have a scanner yet at work. Had it been a 54 wheatie then maybe I'd have made jewlery from it, since that is my birth month.

Congrats on the wheatie.

Last week I was walking to my car and I keep finding pennies on the ground. Someone must have been carrying them and dropped a few or tossed them on purpose. By the time I made it to my car I had around 25 of them. When I was driving to work yesterday I was at a light and started looking through them and I found a nice 1941 Wheatie.

ALAS no, its not a double, looked real good and with a very bright light even though the looker isn't sometimes, I almost threw it away in some papers.
