A couple of months ago with my friend, we found this wonderful artifact in the Tver region on fights of the summer of 1942. This is 75/55-mm armor-piercing shell to German anti-tank gun with a tapered bore arr. 41 - 7,5 cm Pak.41, one of two versions: 7,5 cm Pzgr.41 (HK) or 7,5 cm Pzgr.41 (StK). One of this shells with a tungsten core, the second looks exactly the same, but the core is made of steel. Therefore, for accurate identification will need to broken shell, but I do not want it. These guns were produced in 1942, a very small party of 150 pcs., After which due to its high cost of production was discontinued. Ammo for it produced in 1942-43 total number of about 144 thousand shots, and more than a third of this amount were fragmentation grenades 7,5 cm Sprgr.41, and we found the shell was produced in an amount of not more than 30 thousand.
