Gold found has been flour... Nothing significant... Working 6" gravel bed in river bank cliff that apparently is dipping downward like edge of old sand bar on sheet of clay hard pack.

Yes. I live in KC metro area. Fortunately my job as a service tech provides me the opportunity to travel about a 50 mile radius. When I see an interesting spot, I return to it on the weekend to prospect. My finds are not what u would find in a gold bearing state, but color is color none the less. I have a friend that I shared the location with and it seems like he's there more than I am... No worries... I'm a gold hound and I want to find better locations anyway! Keep in touch. Maybe we can go out one of these weekends to do some prospecting.
