Question Making on making Riffles

Is there a way to connect aluminum to aluminum to make a riffle ladder without a welder? Solder? Epoxy? What should I use? Thanks in advance!

I use L-metal and pop rivets. Silicone caulking to fill any gaps. Its not uncommon.
