I had a site where it would tell you how much your gold was worth My computer crashed and I lost it. I can not find it here so I am asking my fellow Tneter's what is the site once again. Thanks for your help.....Matt

I can see what the gold price is but I am looking for the site where you put in that you have 14K and you have 8 grams it will tell me how much you have in gold. I have 17 grams and I want to know what it is worth. As I may need to sell it for bills......Matt

14K is 58.5% gold. So, let's say the spot of pure 99.9% (24K) gold is $1700 per troy ounce (31.1034768 grams). You take $1700, divide by 31.1034768= $54.65 per gram of pure 24K, divide that by 100 and multiply by 58.5=$31.97 per gram for 14K right now, times eight would be $255.79. Or for 17, $31.97x17=$543.49.

24K=99.9% gold, 22K=91.6%, 21K=87.5%, 20K=83.3%, 18K=75%, 15K=62.5%, 14K=58.5%, 10K=41.7%, 9K=37.5%, 8K=33.3% and 1K=4.2%....

Go to Jack Hunt Coin Broker.com click on scrap calculators and it will take you to a page where you will find calculators for all karats of gold and
platinam and silver, and the up to date Gold and Silver prices. Rick :coffee2:
