Schick Shaver help??

Hey guys I found this today for $4.50, it is good decent condition. I blew out a lot of hair kinda gross but oh well. However, I CAN'T find another one online anywhere except for an advertisement. I think it's from the 30s? Any help is greatly appreciated! I haven't been this stumped in awhile with a shaver. Came with the cord as well.
