Thunder storms and lightning were forecast for South Florida on Saturday so I hit the beach last night for another dry sand beach hunt with the CTX 3030 and the 6 inch smart coil. I got lucky and found a few more pieces of gold and silver jewelry. 14K ladies ring with 2 diamonds but missing a center stone, a 10K pendant, silver class ring and silver cross. If you want to know if the CTX 3030 is sensitive to small jewelry finds check out the tiny silver ear ring back that the CTX 3030 was able to detect.

Glad you had a good hunt. I find earring backs with my 10" Excal coil and the CZ-20. They are fun to find for the rarity and even rarer to keep it in the scoop.

Nice finds. Lots of swinging with the 6 inch coil but it seperates trash better.

I get the SILVER backs as well..... also those high conductors like the tiny pieces of copper and aluminum with the Exp SE and Xcal. Now the GOLD ones..... thats a trick. OUTSTANDING finds Gary. It that was a diamond that went in the center of that one...... wow. Still kicking butt out there with your new machine....

Nice finds! My husband finds earring backs with his Excal, too. Hard to keep them in the scoop, though.

Excellant hunt! When I have been to the beach, lol, I really enjoyed the dry sand hunts! WTG!

Asesore, good broken gold. Ka ching!

IAwesome hunt again - bet chains are still out there
I get earring backs all the time too - cause they fall thru scoops and I drop down and fan them while wearing my masks others just move on

You did great, nice job on the variety of silver and gold buddy!

dew nailed it! try a gold(non plated) ear ring back.

Very nice finds!
