New to this forum. Haven’t even thought about our family treasure for 25 years.

Saw a post on here that showed a map of the VDG. I was surprised to see this.
My family was given this map before I was born (now 55). My family has looked for this treasure for decades.
Unfortunately I’m the only one left that could keep the search going.
I have great knowledge of the map and what all the landmarks mean.
Looking to possibly share info.

What makes it "our (your) family treasure?"

Just meant it was in our family for 60 years and we searched as a family. We were the first to have the map, but now I see others have it.
Why do you claim your family was the first to have the map? That's physically impossible and even your own testimony states you were "given the map" only 60 years ago which means it was in others possession centuries before your family got a copy of it.

Uh..

It's Virgen de Guadalupe. Spanish doesn't use the English word Virgin.

In English the Virgin is better known as Our Lady of Guadalupe .

I hope that helps your research.

Interested in learning what you're willing to share. I lost an uncle to this treasure in 94. So I too have info.. Hope to talk soon!

Does this have anything to do with the legend of this particular lost treasure and map?

Are you related to the OP of this thread? It seems you have the same handed down letter.
