Here is my most recent find that I just started cleaning. Found in the coastal SC LowCountry. Not sure what type or age, will probably get a better idea after it is finished cleaning.

Here is my collection so far; still have one cooking and a few waiting to be cleaned. The dark one of the group is the very first axe head I ever cleaned. The top left is the one I just posted above on Mar 29, 2021. The one on the handle was a pain as it has a deeper hole so I had to modify a bush hook handle to fit it. Would truly love to figure out how to make my own handles but don't know where to get the wood.
