General membership meetings are held third Thursday of the month at:
7:00PM at the Arizona American Italian Club, 7509 North 12th Street, Phoenix, AZ

Guests are welcome to attend both the regular meetings and the field outings that are held at a claim site selected by the board member in charge of outings on the weekend following the general meetings. I cannot remember a single outing that someone, usually more than a few, in our group did not find gold. The attendees sometimes work with competing teams and share the finds among that team's members.

The Roadrunners is a fairly large club with roughly 1400 members on the books from all over the country. With nearly 200 gold producing claims, all open to members, it is a well run club that provides for its members. Depending on the season, (it's hot in Phoenix in the summer) they have an average of 100-120 attendees at the general meetings with some outings well over a 100. Guest speakers, some names most of you would recognize, are invited to the meetings and there are some lively discussions. The usual door prizes and a nugget drawing cap off the meetings which usually end by 9:30.

You are cordially invited to attend.

As a life member of Roadrunners, I have to say this is the best club if you live in AZ.

Sounds like a low volume contraption. Way better off with a sluice, is my guess.
