Hi my name is Ron and i'm looking for a club near me or I would like to hunt with someone that would teach me the right way on metal detecting. Im considering on buying a garrett ace 400 for my first metal detector. I'm retired so I could go anytime

I run a whites V3i.
So can’t help you with a Garrett
But have been metal detecting for years

Thanks for the reply. You said you have a whites v3i, can you possibly tell me the difference between yours and the Garrett. I know it's a lot to ask, but would you be willing to let me tag along with you once before I make the commitment to purchase one for myself. I can meet you halfway if that's ok.
