Regarding how much investment it's all down to the lead and how strong it presents it's self.
You see lots of people keep there treasure leads to them self's... I don't really agree with keeping things secrets as i can promise you they are ethier falls leads or just fruit of there imagination...
Real projects happen because clues or real storys are brought forward, and examined and studied between intelligent and willing people....
I travel only to visit explorers, Relic Hunters...etc..... That are really willing to put all the cards on the table and put together a team that really is determined to get into action as a TEAM.
Some projects start off with a small investment budget, but as they go forward more cash and time is always required. Ofcourse, to be able to make an estimate from the start is actually difficult as u never know the problems that nature will present.
Regarding how far, well, where ever the lead takes us.....
May i ask, are you and ur hubby in Scotland or?
